Purposefully designed to be minimalist and simple to set up & instantly use for all body shapes, the Diffrient is a very good all-rounder. The Tri-panel mesh backrest shapes and contours to the users back whilst providing reliable lumber support. The upholstered seat is superior to the mesh seat for all day comfort and durability.
The Diffrient features Humanscale's unique weight sensitive recline, utilising the users own body weight as the counter balance. With an ethos based on simplicity, the recline adjustment is not controlled by levers or buttons, intended to encourage users to flex at the hips and vary postures throughout their working day.
When compared to sitting rigidly upright, adopting an active sitting approach is a positive way to promote blood flow, increase focus for longer and prevent potential back & neck fatigue.
The armrests are individually height adjustable to give ideal elbow & forearm placement. With the final adjustment being the seat depth control to maximise comfort for taller or shorter users.
These chairs has been configured in the smartest finish of all black frame, seat & mesh.
In general the chairs are in very good used condition, showing normal signs of wear from previous use. The mesh and fabric sections are 100% undamaged and very clean, and all armpads are unmarked. The base & frame will display a few minor surface marks.

Do the used chairs come with a Warranty?

Does the chair come fully assembled?
MOSTLY YES, however sometimes we do have to ship the chairs partially dismantled. If we do, it will always be very simple to reassemble with only a basic tool kit required.
If your order is being delivered by our in-house delivery team, it will always be fully assembled, and we will take away any packaging to be recycled.
What Castors should I choose?
All our chairs will come with good condition used castors fitted as the standard option. These are completely fine to use on low pile carpeted floors.
However, if you intended to use the chair on a wooden or tiled surface, then it is highlyadvisable to upgrade to the hard floor castor option. To the untrained eye they are almost identical in appearance, however the actual wheel is rubberised, otherwise known as soft edge. Being brand new they will not have accumulated any unseen dirt or grit. The rubberised wheel will minimise damage to the surface over time, provide more traction and will be noticeably quieter too.

Can I return a chair if I find it uncomfortable?
YES, we will accept a return – FOR ANY REASON – within 14 days of taking delivery. We understand that it is difficult to quickly decide if the chair is suitable for your working needs. That is why we offer this 14 Day return period to ensure you are totally satisfied and happy to keep & continue using the chair.
