Warranty Terms and Conditions

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our chairs. And to provide peace of mind, we offer a 180-day warranty covering the moving and mechanical components of chairs purchased exclusively through our website.

Warranty Coverage

What Is Covered: If a moving or mechanical part of the chair fails within 180 days of your purchase date, we will replace the defective part(s) at no cost to you.

How It Works:

Reporting a Defect: To initiate a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and clear photographic evidence of the issue. This allows us to assess the problem and take appropriate action. Without proof of purchase or photographic evidence, we may be unable to process your warranty claim.

Replacement Parts: Faulty components will be replaced at no charge. We will also provide detailed instructions to assist with the replacement process. You may perform the replacement yourself or hire a third party, but please note that labour costs for fitting or installation are not covered by this warranty.

Warranty on Replacements: Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original 180-day warranty period.

Warranty Conditions

Proper Use: The warranty is valid only when the chair is used for its intended purpose.

Dismantling and Reassembly: The warranty will be void if the chair has been modified, dismantled, or reassembled incorrectly.

Exclusions: Normal wear and tear or the aging of materials, such as the seat, back, mesh fabric, leather, arm pads, lumbar support, casters, paint, or scratches, is not covered under the warranty.

Non-Warranty Repairs

If your chair requires repair or replacement parts after the warranty period has expired, we are happy to assist. All associated costs, including those for parts, transport, packaging, and shipping, will be the customer’s responsibility. If shipping arrangements are needed, please contact us for a collection and delivery quote.

Assistance With Repairs

If you are unable to install replacement parts yourself, you may bring your chair to our warehouse by appointment (at your expense). We will handle the repair for you. You will be responsible to ensure the chair arrives at our warehouse in the same condition as sent. 

In rare cases where we are unable to resolve a warranty issue, we will replace the chair on a like-for-like basis. If the original chair is permanently out of stock, discontinued, or of a bespoke configuration, we will offer a replacement chair that is as similar as possible.

Returning Faulty Parts: If required, we may ask you to return the defective parts. In such cases, we will arrange and cover the cost of their collection.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty claims are exclusively available to the original purchaser of the chair. If the chair is transferred, sold, or no longer owned by the original purchaser, any remaining duration of the 180-day warranty will be rendered void.

The warranty does not cover claims arising from:

Normal wear and tear or aging of materials such as the seat & back fabric, mesh, leather, arm pads, lumbar support, casters, paint, or scratches, are not covered.

Improper assembly, modifications, or failure to follow care instructions, including exposure to adverse environmental conditions such as sun damage, high heat, or humidity.

Accidental misuse, negligence, breakages caused by fire or water damage, or damages occurring during customer transportation.

Further damage resulting from the installation or fitting of replacement parts performed by the customer or a third party.
